Terms of Service

The Company provides sales consulting services: development and integration of internal IT and CRM solutions, deployment of external closing teams, and the recruitment and training of internal sales teams. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees of each engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work agreed between the parties, which prevails over any indicative price shown on this website.

Prices published on this website are indicative starting prices, exclusive of any applicable taxes, and are charged in the currency stated next to each service or territory. The Company may update published prices at any time; the price applicable to an engagement is the one confirmed in writing at the time of order.

Engagements are secured by a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the agreed fee, payable online before work begins. The balance is invoiced according to the schedule in the proposal and is payable within 14 days of invoice date unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may suspend delivery.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. The Company does not store your card details.

Deposits reserve capacity and are non-refundable once work or recruitment has started. If the Company cancels an engagement before any work has been performed, the deposit is refunded in full. Where you are a consumer benefiting from a statutory withdrawal right, that right applies as required by the applicable law.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to systems, data and staff, and any approvals required for delivery. Delays caused by missing input may extend timelines and costs.

Sales performance depends on factors outside the Company’s control, including your product, market and team. The Company provides services with professional skill and care but gives no guarantee of specific revenue, conversion or hiring outcomes.

Each party keeps the other’s confidential information secret. Custom deliverables transfer to you on full payment. Pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks and tooling remain the Company’s property and are licensed to you for internal use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that engagement. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delaware, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
