When you request an engagement or pay a deposit we collect your name, email address and, optionally, your company name, together with the service and amount concerned. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

To respond to your request, prepare and deliver the services, process payments, keep accounting records and comply with legal obligations. The legal bases are the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running the business, and legal obligation.

Data is shared only with service providers acting on our behalf: our payment provider, our hosting and database provider, and, where relevant, accountants. We never sell personal data.

As we operate internationally, your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are used.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months. Contract and invoicing records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.

Subject to applicable law, including the GDPR, you may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
